Terms and Conditions

Accomodation

  • Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal identification document for registration.
  • The equipment in each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
  • Guests are responsible for all damages and missing items in the rooms they occupy. If damage is detected, they will be charged accordingly.
  • Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month, with courier costs for their return being covered by the owners.

    Check-in/Check-out of Rooms:

  • Check-in is after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Guests register upon arrival and pay the full amount or the remaining balance (if prepaid).
  • Wristbands are provided and must be worn until the end of the stay.
  • The package service starts with dinner on the day of arrival and includes lunch on the day of departure.
  • Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.

    Services:

  •  Rooms are cleaned daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Bed linen and towels are changed after the third night.
  • Free use of an iron and hairdryer is available at the reception.
  • Pets: Small dogs up to 5 kg are allowed for a fee of 10 BGN per day. A prior request is required.
  • Use of a baby crib upon request – free of charge.

Reservations and cancellations

To make a reservation at Hotel Spektar Palace, some of your personal data is required – name and phone number.

The data you provide is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulatory acts governing information protection. It is processed solely in connection with fulfilling the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used exclusively for your reservation and will not be disclosed for any other purposes.

Guests at Hotel Spectrum Palace can check in after 15:00. Check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and require an additional fee. Please contact the Reception if needed.

Check-in at the hotel requires presenting personal identification documents, the reservation details, and a tourist voucher (if applicable).

The package price does not include the tourist tax, which is paid separately as follows:
– 2 BGN (VAT included) per day for adults.
– 1 BGN (VAT included) per day for children.

For reservations made by phone or email:

– The reservation is guaranteed upon prepayment of 30% of the total stay amount, to be paid within 3 business days after the reservation is confirmed.
– The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of arrival.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation must be submitted in writing.
  • If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the check-in date, the prepaid amount will be refunded by the Hotel.
  • If the reservation is canceled 14 days or fewer before the check-in date, the prepaid amount will be retained by the Hotel as a penalty. 
  • In case of shortening the stay at the Hotel, the client is liable for a penalty.
