The Spektar Palace Restaurant has a capacity of 130 seats and a summer garden by the pool with 60 seats. Meals are served buffet-style. The menu is diverse and includes dishes from traditional Bulgarian and European cuisine, while our homemade desserts will impress every sweet lover.
Working Hours:
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast in the restaurant (buffet style)
12:00 – 14:00: Lunch in the restaurant (buffet style)
16:00 – 17:00: Afternoon snack
19:00 – 21:00: Dinner in the restaurant (buffet style)
At our All-Inclusive restaurant, you will enjoy endless delights! All your favorite drinks are included – from aromatic hot beverages like tea and coffee to refreshing juices and soft drinks from the dispenser. For alcohol enthusiasts, we offer white and red wine, draft beer, rakia, gin, menta, mastika, brandy, and whiskey. And don’t forget – access to the outdoor pool is also part of your experience!
