Hotel Accommodation and Stay Policies
Main rules
- Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal identification document for registration.
- The equipment in each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
- Guests are responsible for all damages and missing items in the rooms they occupy. If damage is detected, they will be charged accordingly.
- Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month, with courier costs for their return being covered by the owners.
Check In and Check Out
- Check-in is after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Guests register upon arrival and pay the full amount or the remaining balance (if prepaid).
- Wristbands are provided and must be worn until the end of the stay.
- The package service starts with dinner on the day of arrival and includes lunch on the day of departure.
- Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.
Services
- Rooms are cleaned daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Bed linen and towels are changed after the third night.
- Free use of an iron and hairdryer is available at the reception.
- Pets: Small dogs up to 5 kg are allowed for a fee of 10 BGN per day. A prior request is required.
- Use of a baby crib upon request – free of charge.
